PRESIDENTIAL THOUGHTS.....
With this months issue you will see some changes in the Rundown. Heidi Underwood has come up with some new and exciting ideas for our monthly publication. I look forward to reading it each month. Well, what can I say about Bill Venner? He did a tremendous job on the Polar Cap Run 2002. 1 have to apologize to Bill and all the runners for the clock not working. It was my job to make sure the clock was in working order before the race. I didn't test it out this time and it came back to haunt me, it won't happen again. Inspite of this, Bill took it in stride and did a great job. Thanks Bill.
Sunday, March 10th will be the Breakfast Run at Rainer's in South Glens Falls. We will run at 8:00 a.m. and have breakfast at 9:00 a.m. Everyone must participate in the run or walk and will be given a number in order to have breakfast. Now on a more serious note. We will be needing a new membership chairperson. Sally McGuirk will be stepping down as of May 1st. Sally has done a great job for the last few years. Thanks a lot Sally. Well I think I have rambled on long enough see you on the roads. Happy Running,
