As always a wonderful time was had by all at the Annual TAR Christmas Party and Patsy Awards Presentation. Many laughs were had, of course all in fun and not to embarrass or humiliate anyone attending our prestigious night. A common theme throughout the evening seemed to revolve around clothing, or the lack of, and ages of a few members. It was my understanding that all runners wear the least amount of clothing no matter what the function and that we never really get any older, you know, we're runners, right? The most wonderful part of our party is actually seeing our fellow runners in clothes, well, more than the shorty shorts and jog bras. It's a nice evening to spend some time with runners, who are actually not running, instead, enjoying the company of one another. We are an eclectic group and I'm sure if this was your first time to a TAR Christmas Party you've never experienced something quite like it before. We know you can't wait for next years party. Thanks to Jill Pederson, our President, for all of her efforts, Santa for all of his gifts, and Bill Jeffers for a night to remember.
